Nothing! Although you can bring your own towel, robe, slippers, and bathing suit, we do have all these items available for use.

Yes! We have showers and room available for you to get ready for whatever is next in your day making morning and lunch visits easy!

The only service that we take reservations for is the localized sports recovery massage to ensure that a massage therapist is on site and ready.

Yes! We have complimentary water available to our clients and a variety of drinks available for sale.

Anytime you’re getting in and out of the cold plunge tubs, please rinse off with the showers located at each cold plunge tub.

Upon arrival, enter your name at the check-in at the desk. Then you can proceed to the locker room or desired service. If a service is vacant when you get to it, it is available. Before you get into a cold plunge it is required that you rinse off. There are showers available in the locker room and at each cold plunge tub! Pick up after yourself and once you are done, feel free to get ready in the locker room or head out when you are ready. If you used our clothing or towels drop them in the hamper at the locker room or up front and enjoy your day! If you ever need help with anything our friendly staff is here for you!
